Location: NYC (Work 5 days a week in Midtown office).

About The Role

We are hiring a Head of Marketing based in our NYC office. In this role, you will be critical in leading an all-star Marketing team (Google Marketing Live's 2022 Featured Firm) to the next level. Your focus will be on developing a repeatable, insight-driven content and distribution strategy. The goal is to create sustainable inbound demand, thought leadership, and a defensible moat over time.

This role is about turning Zoe into the go-to source for insights in wealth management — through consistent storytelling, content excellence, and strategic amplification.

  • Drive impact. Set direction and own execution for marketing initiatives, including our owned channels, thought leadership, sponsorships, partnerships, events, PR opportunities, product announcements, award submissions, and inbound demand generation activities.
  • Build the flywheel. Architect and scale Zoe's organic growth system — from SEO/GEO and content strategy to owned channels, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Turn insights into distribution. Use proprietary advisor and client data to create content that's both differentiated and shareable, — driving compounding visibility across channels.
  • Amplify through leverage. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and PR to ensure content supports adoption, retention, and referral loops across all audiences.

Education and Experience

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience building and scaling organic growth engines, including content strategy, SEO, owned media, and community-led growth.
  • Proven track record of turning insights and storytelling into measurable inbound demand generation and brand authority.
  • Experience managing cross-channel content distribution systems (blog, newsletter, social, PR, partnerships) with a focus on compounding visibility rather than paid amplification.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to measure content performance and lifecycle engagement.

  • Estimated Base Salary Range: $180,000 to $230,000 depending on experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education.
