Job Description
- Provide legal support on a range of corporate and capital markets transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
- Advise clients on securities law compliance and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Conduct due diligence and provide risk assessments for transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting capital markets.
- Support the team in client development and relationship management initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services to clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate - Corporate - Capital Markets should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and capital markets law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
