Seasonal Administrative Professional
The Bonadio Group is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Professional for our New York, New York office for the time frame of January 2026 through April 2026. This is a on-site position.
Responsibilities- Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
- Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work
- Track engagements with the use of Access software
- Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems
- Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others
- Organize, update, and maintain calendars
- Manage multiple priorities
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- This is a in-office, hourly position
- Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
- We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
The salary range for this position is between $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
