We’re expanding our media team and looking for a Filmer + Editor who’s hungry to grow, create, and be part of something bigger.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable creator who can both film and edit high-quality video content for social media, brand campaigns, and short-form storytelling.

This is a dual role — you’ll be hands-on in the field shooting with our team, and then editing your footage to produce top-tier cinematic content that matches NGAGE’s standards.

You’ll be working on real estate shoots, construction projects, client interviews, lifestyle pieces, and branded social content.

Responsibilities

• Film on-location with the NGAGE team and clients (Long Island + surrounding areas)
• Capture cinematic b-roll, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Edit long-form video projects when needed (property tours, interviews, brand films)
• Work closely with the creative team to maintain NGAGE’s visual tone and style
• Manage and back up media files, organize footage, and ensure delivery deadlines
• Participate in brainstorm sessions for upcoming shoots and creative concepts

Requirements

• Experience with filming, lighting, and editing (portfolio required)
• Access to your own camera gear (preferred)
• Access to a laptop or desktop for editing (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci)
• Reliable car / transportation to travel to shoots
• Strong understanding of composition, storytelling, and pacing for social content
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Drone experience (a plus, but not required)
