Project Coordinator, Strategic Content

The Production Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to the Strategic Content team, helping to keep sponsorships, events, and client projects organized and on track. This role is well-suited for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about partnerships, production, and live events.
Responsibilities

Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and sponsorship commitments to ensure deadlines are met.

Assist with the preparation of pitch decks, client materials, and meeting notes.

Maintain accurate records including contracts, budgets, and status trackers.

Support event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance as needed.

Provide general support to senior team members on sponsorship and production projects.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a?short-term?position with an estimated duration of 24 months or less, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Salary range: $20.00-$27.00/hour

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in partnerships, media, and live event production.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
