Production Associate
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Victor, NY
Summary: This General Production/Assembler role is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for advancement in a growing company. The position involves performing simple one and two-step production operations, such as assembly, insertion and sealing, pulling to length and cutting, and other related tasks. It is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Shift:
- 7:30 AM - 4 PM, Mon. - Fri.
Pay:
- $17.50 an Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production tasks following established guidelines and specifications.
- Perform assembly, insertion, sealing, pulling to length, and cutting.
- Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Crew Leader and ask for clarification as needed.
- Inspect products to ensure high quality and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers and management to maintain efficient production.
- Continuously improve proficiency in work methods and material handling techniques.
- Operate manual and semi-automatic converting equipment and tools as required.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
- Stable work history or relevant educational experience.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the work shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
