Job Description
As Real Estate Transactions & Finance Associate you will handle varied matters:
- Draft, negotiate, and review real estate contracts and agreements, handling associated finance matters.
- Provide legal counsel on complex real estate transactions and financing structures.
- Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
- Support clients with commercial leasing, joint ventures, and other real estate matters.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Advise clients on risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on real estate and finance law developments to provide informed guidance.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Real Estate Transactions & Finance Associate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- New York State bar (or the ability to sit/ be sworn into the NY bar within 12 months).
- 3-6 years practicing in real estate transactions and finance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal work.
