Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Key responsibilities center on delivering comprehensive, person-centered care. You’ll perform thorough assessments, help develop and implement individualized care plans, manage medication administration and IV therapies, and provide skilled wound care and infection control. You’ll support activities of daily living, mobility, and activities that preserve independence and quality of life, while implementing fall prevention and safety protocols. You’ll document precisely, communicate with families, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds to coordinate treatment goals. Your clinical judgment will guide symptom management, palliative and comfort-focused approaches when appropriate, and referrals to ancillary services, ensuring residents and families feel informed, respected, and supported. This role also offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth within the LTC specialty.
