• Personality: A charismatic, engaging presence with a positive attitude, capable of making every guest interaction outstanding.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and team coordination.
• Availability: Must have the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, adapting to the dynamic needs of the restaurant.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and manage the physical demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Professionalism: A commitment to upholding Arvine’s standards in serving alcoholic beverages responsibly and maintaining a high level of dining etiquette.
