Job Summary
Provide coaching and administrative assistance to the Head Coach. supervise one or more specified areas of a sporting discipline or a component of a team, and assist the Head Coach with all aspects of recruitment and training of athletes.


Minimum Qualifications

»Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

» 1year practice specific to the sport.
candidates must meet stated minimum education and practice requirements.


Minimum Knowledge, expertise, and Abilities

»Knowledge and knowledge of all aspects of the specified sports program.

»Knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes.

»Familiarity of athletic recruitment methods and techniques.

» capability to guide student-athletes in area of specialty.

» capability to initiate, develop and maintain appropriate contacts.

»Strong interpersonal and communication expertise

» capability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Expected hiring range : $15.00 per hour plus taxable housing benefit
