We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician adjunct to join our healthcare team in Rhinebeck, NY. As a healthcare professional in our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent medical care to patients and helping them achieve optimal health results.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician adjunct Qualifications required

»Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician adjunct license in the state of New York

»Minimum of 2 years of practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician adjunct

»Hospital practice or Alcohol / Chemical Abuse Center practice a plus

»Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise

» capability to work effectively in a team environment

»Strong organizational and time management expertise

Nurse Practitioner / Physician adjunct Key Responsibilities:

»Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses and develop treatment plans

»Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary

»Order and interpret diagnostic tests

»Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

»Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease avoidance

»Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
