We are seeking a reliable motivated Clinic Support Associate to join our team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on patient support to keep daily clinic operations running smoothly. Days & Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm

Essential Functions:

Greet patients and visitors warmly; manage check-in scheduling and phone calls

Collect co-pays and accurately enter data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Support clinicians during treatments setting up equipment assisting with exercises and maintaining a clean organized space

Ensure smooth clinic flow by monitoring schedules and communicating effectively with staff and patients

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and clinic safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a medical office therapy clinic or customer service role preferred
• Proficiency in Google Suite required; EMR experience a plus
• Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented dependable and professional attitude

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job the staff member is frequently required to walk stand; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The staff member can regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision and depth perception.
