Senior Full Stack Engineer - On-Chain Economic Security

Location: Remote - Preference for NYC - Or Remote USA or Tel Aviv (classed as Europe) to work EST hours

Compensation: $144K - $164K

We are the first automated, on-chain economic security system , enabling crypto protocols to optimize risk management and capital efficiency while safeguarding user funds. Our platform uses world-class custom EVM simulations to analyze protocol mechanics and is trusted by leading DeFi platforms to secure billions of dollars in assets. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to build data-driven dashboards and tools that support our critical risk analysis.

You will take full end-to-end ownership of projects, translating high-level goals into technical strategy and execution. This role involves deep collaboration with our research and protocol teams to deliver high-quality frontend and backend components. You will be instrumental in visualizing protocol risk insights via intuitive, data-rich interfaces and evolving our core Alert Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Ownership: Take full ownership of projects: breaking down goals, proposing technical approaches, and driving execution end-to-end.
• Frontend Design: Design and implement scalable frontend dashboards and tools that visualize protocol risk, utilizing React and integrating tightly with backend data sources.
• Backend Services: Build and maintain robust GraphQL APIs and data services that serve our UI and internal tools.
• Platform Evolution: Evolve our Alert Portal , owning new feature development, architectural improvements, and performance optimizations.
• Mentorship & Quality: Mentor and support junior engineers, contribute to continuous platform improvement, and ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Domain Partnership: Partner with research and protocol teams to deeply understand DeFi protocols and present complex insights via intuitive interfaces.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with modern technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Frontend: Strong experience building React-based web applications .
• Backend/API: Solid understanding of API design, especially using GraphQL .
• Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver production-grade features with minimal supervision.
• Data Applications: Experience working with data-intensive applications or analytics dashboards .
• Mindset: Passion for high-quality engineering, strong problem-solving abilities, and comfortable working in dynamic, high-ownership environments.
• Domain Interest: Strong passion for DeFi and blockchain technology .

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Experience designing, developing, and operating cloud-native services (AWS/GCP).
• Strong foundation in frontend engineering best practices (accessibility, performance, testing).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.
• Location preference for USA remote or NYC/TLV hubs .

• Salary: Competitive salary range of $144,000 - $164,000 USD , commensurate with experience.
