As an Executive Assistant at Arena, you will be a key partner to the leadership team, helping them focus on priorities, execute efficiently, and accelerate organizational outcomes. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing high-impact administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal prioritization of meetings and commitments
- Coordinate travel and logistics for executives and candidates, including planning, scheduling, and briefings
- Partner closely with leadership to help prioritize time and focus across meetings, strategic initiatives, and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all administrative functions, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
- Support recruiting coordination and executive communications, ensuring smooth operational flow
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in high-performance environments, preferably within enterprise or financial services
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and shifting environments
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $75,000 – $115,000 per year (final offer based on experience, knowledge, and skills)
