Responsibilities
- Present financial solutions, including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
- Recruit and develop your own team as an Associate Partner.
- Complete program requirements to join management.
- Develop personalized, long-term strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Participate in the six-month Associate Partner Training Program to prepare for management success.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cultural markets preferred but not required.
- Some sales experience needed.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is beneficial.
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, seeking a rewarding career.
- Experience in financial or insurance industries required.
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 annually.
