Responsibilities

1. Present financial solutions, including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
2. Recruit and develop your own team as an Associate Partner.
3. Complete program requirements to join management.
4. Develop personalized, long-term strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
5. Participate in the six-month Associate Partner Training Program to prepare for management success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cultural markets preferred but not required.
• Some sales experience needed.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is beneficial.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, seeking a rewarding career.
• Experience in financial or insurance industries required.

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 annually.
