Your Role
As a key player in our compliance and security efforts, you'll ensure the ongoing success of our security initiatives and contribute to the long-term stability of our operations. Here's what you'll be doing:

- SOC 2 Compliance: Ensure continuous compliance with SOC 2 requirements, collaborating with the compliance platform to identify and resolve issues while maintaining certification.
- Security Questionnaires: Own the process of responding to customer security questionnaires by gathering relevant internal information and providing clear, accurate, and timely responses.
- Audit Support: Assist with SOC 2 audits by collecting evidence, coordinating with auditors, and implementing audit recommendations.
- Process Documentation: Develop, update, and maintain clear and comprehensive security-related documentation and processes in alignment with best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively look for opportunities to improve security and compliance processes and suggest solutions to enhance our overall security posture.

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of an entire industry. Here's what we'd like you to bring to the table:

- Experience: 3-5 years in security compliance, with a focus on SOC 2 compliance and managing security questionnaires.
- Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of SOC 2 requirements and experience working with compliance platforms like Vanta.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, able to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when documenting processes or addressing compliance concerns.
- Audit Experience: Familiarity with audit processes and experience working with external auditors to meet compliance goals.
- Proactive Problem Solver: A self-starter who can anticipate security and compliance needs, propose solutions, and execute them effectively.
