About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Manager to oversee the Walmart business processes from item setup through purchase order management and fulfillment. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in item creation, e-commerce setup, and seamless coordination across cross-functional teams (Production, Marketing, Warehouse, and Sales). The Sales Operations Manager will also lead execution of operational processes within Walmart’s systems (Blue Cherry, Supplier One, NOVA, AEX, and Workhorse) while serving as the primary liaison to Walmart to drive efficiency, compliance, and flawless retail execution.

How You’ll Contribute

Item Setup & Management

• Review all AEX buy files and collaborate with Sales and Walmart on any required changes.
• Partner with Production on UPC creation for all styles and shipper configurations.
• Manage item creation in Supplier One and Walmart’s quote systems, including setup of baby items and shippers.
• Create internal buy sheets and lead buy hand-offs to the Production team.
• Submit images to Walmart Modular in coordination with Marketing and Design.
• Oversee GTIN label process with Production, ensuring correct GTINs are uploaded into ERP and labels are submitted accurately.
• Create and maintain a Master Item Sheet to track all seasonal item details.

E-Commerce Setup & Support

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce item setup (GTIN creation, image upload, PDP copy management).
• Partner with Marketing, Design, and Production to gather CADs, imagery, and copy for PDP pages and modular submissions.
• Coordinate sample handoffs for e-commerce imagery requirements.
• Submit AIMs templates for e-commerce as needed.

Order Management

• Write and Manage bulk orders in Blue Cherry ERP system for Walmart.
• Review inbound Walmart POs, validate against EDI data, and approve with EDI and Allocations team.
• Manage PO adjustments in NOVA, ensuring compliance with Walmart supplier requirements.
• Track and monitor PO status (invoiced, picked, shipped, open) and provide weekly updates to Walmart.
• Provide timely updates and reporting to internal stakeholders on item and PO status.
• Ensure all processes meet Walmart compliance requirements and internal deadlines.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, or supply chain (Walmart or mass retail experience strongly preferred).
• Walmart apparel experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Walmart systems (Supplier One, NOVA, AEX, Retail Link) and PLM/ERP platforms (Blue Cherry or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across internal and external teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume SKUs and deliver flawless retail execution.
