About Siteworks Facility Maintenance, LLC

Siteworks Facility Maintenance provides one-to-one support for turn-key facility maintenance and construction management with custom-tailored programs to fit the needs and requirements of each client. Siteworks is dedicated to delivering professional work that propels our clients towards success.

Scope of Position:

To work collaboratively with the operations department in order to perform timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and generate vendor invoices


• Perform timely and accurate billing based on clients’ requests.


• Ensure that all client documentation is up-to-date


• Handle customer invoice inquiries.


• Working with the Operations team and resolving issues and site inquiries promptly


• Assisting the finance department with AR/AP as needed


• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous billing experience required (Facility management or service billing preferred)


• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field


• Experience with Sales Tax a plus!


• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast paced environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Organized & detail oriented


• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, Word & Outlook

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Based in Long Island, NY; Siteworks provides full-scope, ground-up construction for both commercial and residential buildings.
