Clinician (LMSW)
The Clinician (LMSW) will provide essential mental health services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The LMSW clinician assists clients in managing behavioral health challenges and supports them through evidence-based interventions aimed at improving overall well-being. This role is integral in promoting mental health and recovery for individuals and families in diverse communities. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State.
- Experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing individual or group therapy.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Commitment to client-centered, culturally competent care.
