Nurse Manager - Med/Surg - Hemodialysis - Westchester NY (Onsite) - Full-Time - Mon-Fri 07:00am-03:00pm - $155,000-$160,000 Per Year
We are hiring for an inpatient Hemodialysis Nurse Manager role to work in our Westchester hospital. We are seeking a nurse who is experienced in inpatient dialysis and who has 2+ years working in a managerial capacity.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $155,000-$160,000 Per Year
Description:
- This role involves managing a Med/Surg unit with a focus on Hemodialysis in Yonkers, NY.
- The position is full-time, requiring daytime shifts from Monday to Friday.
- The nurse manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and efficient care environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Prior Med Surg experience
- Inpatient dialysis experience required
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong people-management skills and scheduling oversight
Qualifications:
- BSN degree or national professional certification preferred.
- Experience in clinical and management roles.
- Knowledge of regulatory and policy matters.
- Proficiency in evaluating work performance and clinical competencies.
- Ability to counsel and coach staff effectively.
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff.
- Understanding of Joint Commission standards.
