About Us
Adecco is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help create a positive experience for current and prospective residents.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with leasing office operations, and ensuring efficient communication throughout the apartment community.
Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, prospects, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly
Assist with resident inquiries, service requests, and follow-up communications
Maintain resident files and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Support leasing activities, including scheduling tours and processing applications
Prepare and distribute notices, correspondence, and community communications
Assist with rent collection documentation and payment tracking
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors regarding resident requests
Perform data entry and maintain property management software records
Order office supplies and support general office organization
Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative, office, customer service, or property management experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in apartment leasing or property management is a plus
