AR Analyst

- Contract Role: Through end of August 2026, potential for extension
- Pay: $32-34/hr on W2 (No C2C)
- Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
- Perform cash, credit card, and e-commerce reconciliations
- Research and analyze discrepancies and follow up with retail teams for resolutions
- Monitor and and collect documentation related to chargeback claims
- Process customer refund requests
- Assist with month-end financial closings
- Assist with audits and special projects as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration is preferred
- 2+ years of corporate accounts receivable experience is required, experience working within a multinational corporation is preferred
- Strong reconciliation and chargeback experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, experience with SAP is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
