Paralegal
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Paralegal to assist with legal documentation, case coordination, and compliance support. This role works closely with legal and administrative staff to ensure accurate and organized case management.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with contract preparation and file management
- Maintain organized case files and legal records
- Support compliance tracking and documentation requirements
- Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and legal professionals as needed
- Assist attorneys or supervisors with case preparation
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate or prior legal experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management systems
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
