Line Cook
REYNA is a Mediterranean tapas restaurant and cocktail bar built on one simple idea: people bring back people. We’re looking for line cooks who care about food, consistency, and working in a well-run, positive environment.

ROLE & REQUIREMENTS
- Run your station during service with speed, focus, and consistency
- Set up, prep, and maintain your station before, during, and after service
- Plate dishes clean, consistent, and to Reyna standards
- Follow recipes and systems to deliver quality every time
- Maintain a clean, organized station and respect kitchen standards
- Work as a team — communicate, support, and step in where needed
You have:
- 3+ years line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knife skills — confident cutting, prepping, and portioning
- Solid cooking fundamentals: grilling, sautéing, frying, and finishing
- Ability to cook proteins properly (temperature, timing, consistency)
- Comfort working multiple stations and adapting as needed
- Ability to handle volume without losing quality or composure
- Understanding of kitchen systems (FIFO, cleanliness, organization)
- Food Handler’s Certificate required
- A positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic
