Ad Operations Specialist - Remote

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an Ad Operations Specialist to support a top fintech client. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Creative, Finance, and Media teams, ensuring seamless execution across global campaigns. This person will support creative trafficking and billing/invoicing processes, working closely with Media Operations and Creative to ensure accurate taxonomy creation, up to date documentation, and properly completed creative mapping files. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, as the individual will partner with stakeholders across the Paid Media team to validate budgets and ensure all global campaigns are accurately reflected in the budget tracker, forecasting, and timely financial reporting.

Skills and Requirements

• 6 months- 1 year of relevant experience

• Proficient in excel

• Prior billing or invoicing experience

-Great communicator and self-starter - Advertising Agency experience

• Creative trafficking experience

• Experience using SAP Ariba
