Human Resources Assistant
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve basic HR-related issues
- Support employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
- High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience in HR or a related field preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
- $24 - $28 salary range
