Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with a caring, people-first approach while working as part of a reliable, agile, and innovative team that leads with integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production-adjacent areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required by site policy, and report unauthorized access attempts and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by observing equipment yards, vehicle traffic, and high-activity work areas, reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
