Project Scheduler
Job Description
We are seeking candidates to join our client in an onsite Project Scheduler role for a large data center project in Somerset, NY. This individual would be embedded with the Project Delivery Team, collaborating closely with the Owner and various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution of both construction and commissioning phases.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be the development, management, and continuous refinement of project schedules for two concurrent projects on site. You will work hands-on to build the initial baseline schedules, coordinating with the Project Management Team and multiple subcontractors to validate timelines and deliverables. As the projects progress, you will collect and analyze status updates from each contracted entity, integrating these into schedule forecasts, and preparing clear, actionable reports for the Project Delivery Team, Owner and other key stakeholders.
You will be expected to proactively identify schedule risks and opportunities, facilitate regular schedule review meetings, and recommend corrective actions as needed to maintain project momentum. Effective communication will be essential, as you will serve as the central point of contact for schedule-related information ensuring alignment across all project entities and driving collaboration to resolve issues quickly.

Ability to communicate timelines and deliverables effectively to both a technical and non-technical audience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
