Automotive Sales Associate
Jim Barnard Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and professional Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Churchville, New York. This is a full-time opportunity to work with top-selling Chevrolet vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and earn a competitive income through base pay and commission. What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly goals.
- Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and attend ongoing training sessions.
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn dealership CRM software and vehicle details.
- Competitive base salary + commission (expected total income: $55,000–$100,000+).
