Working with Autistic Children (RBT / ABA Therapist)

What would you do as BEHAVIOR Therapist

• Play a vital role in delivering direct care
• Follow the plans created by the BCBAs to help improve children's life skills
• Collect data and you will be able to see how much improvement in their life you are making!

You'll also attend monthly clinical meetings for case discussions, and participate in team meetings, and foster collaboration and excellence.

Would you be a great ABA Therapist?

Knowledge and skills required :

• Must be available to work weekday afternoons/evenings and at least one weekend session
• Must be able to commit to at least 12-15 hours of Direct Care per week.
• Must be reliable and hard working.
• Driver's License and own car for transportation to client homes daily.
• Computer proficiency is required

Physical requirements:

• Stand and sit alternating for up 2.0 hours
• Squat and sit on floor
• Bending over from a seating and from a standing position
• Lift up to 50 pounds from a squatting position
• Move quickly (sprint or quick walk) for 20 feet
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs
