The Tiny Mess Club is looking for an energetic, creative, and reliable individual to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves early childhood development, sensory play, and creating unforgettable celebrations for families.

The Schedule

• Thursday Mornings: Leading our signature Sensory Play classes.
• Saturdays: Hosting high-energy Birthday Parties.
• Summer Availability: We are looking for team members ready to grow with us through the summer season!
• Growth Opportunity: As our club grows, more weekday hours will become available.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate Play: Guide toddlers and their grown-ups through messy, creative sensory classes (starting on Thursdays, with more days coming soon).
• Lead the Celebration: Take the lead on Saturdays to set up, facilitate activities, and ensure a smooth, fun experience for birthday families.
• Be the Connection: Act as the face of the club, ensuring parents feel "in great hands" and kids feel like the stars of the show.
• Reset the Magic: Handle setup and cleanup for classes and parties, keeping our studio tidy and ready for play.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have a background in childcare, recreation, or early childhood education.
• A Natural Performer: You have "big energy" and love using funny voices, songs, and movement to engage toddlers.
• Reliable: You can commit to a consistent Thursday/Saturday schedule and have availability throughout the summer.
• A Pro at Flow: You’re great at time management and can keep a party or class moving on schedule.
• Physically Active: You are able to meet the demands of a sensory play environment, including lifting up to 60 lbs and comfortably moving between standing and floor-level play with children.
