Brygadzista Magazynu Logistycznego (M/K/N)
ZAKRES ZADAŃ:
- Planowanie oraz kontrola pracy zespołu oraz prac dodatkowych (VAS)
- Bezpośrednie delegowanie zadań i celów
- Prowadzenie odpraw
- Bieżący kontakt z kierowcami
- Przygotowywanie raportów związanych z realizacją planów i celów wydajnościowych oraz jakościowych
- Nadzór nad infrastrukturą magazynu
- Kontrola urządzeń mobilnych
- Dbałość o powierzone mienie i porządek w miejscu pracy
- Inicjowanie działań mających na celu optymalizację kosztów oraz procesów magazynowych
- Ewidencja czasu pracy podległych pracowników
- Wdrożenia nowych pracowników
- Kontrola, przestrzeganie oraz promowanie standardów BHP
- Ocena kompetencji podległych pracowników oraz proponowanie kierunków rozwoju
- Zapewnienie efektywnej komunikacji w zespole, dbanie o dobrą atmosferę
