Partnership Executive (Account Executive/Sales)
You are looking for a job that will truly engage you. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can make things happen in a fast-paced startup environment. You want to grow and be challenged, but above all you want to work towards a mission, and for your work to have meaning.
We are Darrow – a fast-growing, mission-driven LegalTech startup with a mission to uncover legal wrongdoing and secure justice for impacted parties.
Founded in 2020 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Darrow is revolutionizing the justice system. Our team of world-class legal experts and technologists has built an intelligence platform that uncovers egregious violations across legal domains, such as privacy and data breaches, consumer protection, securities and financial fraud, environment, and employment.
About the Role
We're looking for a talented Partnership Executive to help orchestrate Darrow’s sales and build strong relationships with our partners to help bring justice to light.
You will be responsible for building and monetizing strategic, subscription-based relationships around our core business: developing and offering high-value potential class action cases. You will work directly with senior and named partners at top-tier firms, positioning Darrow as an indispensable source of high-quality, data-driven legal opportunities.
You won’t simply “sell a product.” You will develop a deep understanding of complex legal matters, present compelling case opportunities, demonstrate our technical capabilities, and structure large-scale, strategic subscription partnerships. You will own the relationship lifecycle — from initial engagement through renewal and expansion — and serve as a trusted advisor to some of the most sophisticated litigators in the market.
This role requires executive presence, strong commercial instincts, comfort discussing legal concepts, and the ability to navigate high-stakes conversations with senior decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive new subscription revenue across key accounts and strategic prospects
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior and named partners at leading plaintiff law firms
- Present and demo Darrow’s technology, data capabilities, and case development process in a compelling and consultative manner
- Build a strong understanding of the underlying legal theories and factual patterns behind potential class actions (legal background helpful, but not required)
- Structure, negotiate, and close large-scale subscription and strategic partnership agreements
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
- Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating closely with product, legal intelligence, legal consulting, plaintiff finding, and leadership teams
- Represent Darrow externally with professionalism, credibility, and thought leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Native English speaker - required
- 3+ years experience in sales / business development / partnership management (experience in the legal technology industry is a big plus)
- Strong relationship-builder with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment, and to lead an entire project from beginning to end
- Resourceful, agile, truthful & trustworthy
- Thinking quickly on your feet
- Strong written and verbal skills - Articulate with attention to details
- Strong presentation ability
- Ability to build consensus between different stakeholders
- Asks good questions, and listens well
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Unphased by tough objections or client personalities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Experience in Legal Tech
- Licensed attorney
- Medical, Dental & Vision insurance for you and your dependents.
- $150 weekly Grubhub credit for lunches
- Unlimited paid time off policy
- Hybrid work model - onsite 3 days/week.
- Eligibility to participate in a bonus incentive plan and stock option plan to give our employees a direct stake in Darrow’s success
- Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay (base salary) for this role is $120,000-$160,000, and the role is also eligible for commission payments, offering additional earning opportunities based on performance.
