Quantitative Researcher II
Quantitative Researcher II (Citadel Enterprise Americas Services LLC New York, NY); Multiple positions available: Offered salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year. Formulate advanced mathematical and simulation models of complex market problems, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and their numerical parameters using technology, mathematical and statistical modeling, and computer systems. Conceptualize trading strategies, develop, and enhance mathematical models and research tools, and translate algorithms into code. Perform and analyze market micro-structure trading simulations to develop trading strategies. Perform statistical and data analysis of historical market information to develop predictive signals. Develop tools that support and optimize automated trading strategies. Requires a Ph.D. (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Education, training, or experience must include the following: Utilizing statistical and mathematical modeling techniques (including time-series analysis, cross-sectional analysis, data mining, or Statistical Machine Learning) to analyze historical market data and develop trading strategies; C++ or OOD programming; Statistical packages including R, Matlab, or PyTorch; Scripting languages including bash, PERL, or Python; and Analyzing gigabyte or terabyte sized datasets.
