About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized solutions, and guide them through the purchase process. This is a high-earning opportunity for individuals with strong closing skills and in-home sales experience.
Compensation
- $150,000 – $250,000+ annual earning potential
- 100% commission-based
- Uncapped income potential — your earnings are directly tied to your performance
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based system
- Design customized bath solutions using company software
- Present pricing and close sales during appointments
- Build rapport and guide customers through the decision-making process
- Participate in ongoing weekly training and development
What We’re Looking For
- Proven in-home sales experience (required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience in home remodeling or related industries (preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
