General Manager
Hudson Street Hospitality is a growing NYC bar group behind White Horse Tavern, Dandelion, Bowery Road, Bar Sella, and Keepers New York. We're looking for an experienced nightlife / high-end cocktail bar / General Manager to lead one of our venues.
In this role you'll own the venue from open to close, running daily bar and floor operations, leading and developing your FOH team, and being the face of the room for both guests and staff. You'll manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships and P&L statements, while keeping the venue fully compliant with NYC health, safety, and liquor regulations. Driving revenue through sharp programming, a strong service culture and smart cost control will be central to the job.
The right candidate has 3+ years managing a high-volume cocktail bar or club in New York City, a track record of building and keeping good teams, and a real command of cocktails, spirits, and wine. You know your financials, take ownership seriously, and show up every shift ready to lead from the floor.
Previous nightlife or cocktail bar management experience is a must.
NYC Food Handler and TIPS/ATAP certifications are required or must be obtained upon hire.
