The Smilist Dental is looking for a Floating General Dentist based out of our North Babylon office who wants control over their schedule, their income, and their week — without sacrificing the stability of a growing, well-established DSO.
This role is built for a dentist who thrives on variety and wants to fill gaps in their schedule on their own terms , picking up days across our Nassau and Suffolk County offices.

- Provide comprehensive general dentistry (exams, restorative, endo, extractions, and more depending on your comfort level and scope)
- Deliver consistent, quality patient care across multiple Smilist locations
- Step in flexibly to cover patient demand where and when it fits your schedule
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active NY dental license
- Comfortable treating a broad scope of general dentistry procedures
- Reliable, patient-focused, and excited about a flexible, multi-office schedule
- Willingness to travel between offices in Nassau and Suffolk County
