POSITION SUMMARY
this job offer is responsible for providing support and direction to staff in several functional areas. Will act as Building leader in Senior Director's absence at the Children's Home.
ESSENTIAL tasks AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other tasks may be assigned. Employees are expected to be awake and alert while working.
»Supervise residential managers for the Northeast residential program
»Responsible to ensure staffing, programming and regulatory and program policies and procedures are followed in the program.
»Lead on hiring, training and ensuring assessments are provided for residential line staff.
»Participate in an on-call rotation with other administrators
»Take a lead function in staff development by monitoring, facilitating, creating, and implementing training plans, including TCI and restraint reduction
»Work on assigned tasks and oversight as assigned by the Sr. Director
»Be the point person for investigations and needs with OCFS in the building
EDUCATION and/or practice
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three to five of years of related practice, or an Associate's degree and at least five to seven years of related practice.
