Host
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.Key Responsibilities
Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Ensure excellent guest relations and provide a positive first impression
Effectively manage reservations, the floor plan, and walk-in guests
Coordinate table assignments to optimize seating flow and maximize efficiency
Accurately handle special requests and communicate them clearly to the service and kitchen teams
Monitor wait times and provide accurate estimates to guests
Maintain clear communication with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
Answer phone calls professionally and manage reservation systems
Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and service standards
