Senior Manager, Finance Systems Developer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Ownership of Integration and Automation Projects Lead end-to-end NetSuite automation initiatives using Workato, creating repeatable and secure workflows between NetSuite and crypto-native platforms Maintain and enhance integration logic that supports: i. Automated journal entries from on-chain events ii. Real-time wallet reconciliation pipelines2. Cross-Functional Partnering with Finance and IT Serve as the first line NetSuite point of contact for finance stakeholders, enabling accurate reporting and audit compliance in an environment with: i. Digital asset accounting ii. Workato integrations into finance system iii. Multi-currency/multi-ledger operations iv. Treasury tools and host 2 host integrations Translate evolving finance team requirements into scalable ERP solutions, avoiding reliance on external consultants3. Oversight of Technical Standards and Platform Enhancements Drive standardization of SuiteScript codebases, testing frameworks, and deployment processes Own the release management cycle for NetSuite, ensuring business continuity across customized modules Evaluate and implement platform improvements in anticipation of finance scaling needs, including: i. Improved close timelines ii. Reduced manual reconciliation iii. Better visibility into toke holdings4. Informal Leadership and Mentorship Act as a mentor or peer-lead for junior admins, analysts, or contractors Review code, integrations, and configurations for accuracy, security, and business logic Guide the internal team in adopting NetSuite best practices aligned with a crypto financial operations model Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information System Technologies, or closely related technical field, or foreign degree equivalent, plus 6 years of work experience in IT and Software Development. The experience (which may be gained concurrently) must also include work experience in each of the following: 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteScript 2.x, including the development of custom scripts, workflows, and user-role management frameworks; 3 years of experience in managing complex NetSuite integrations, particularly with: Crypto reconciliation tools (such as wallet tracking systems, validator performance dashboards, or token accounting platforms); 3 years of experience in delivering ERP-driven financial automation under compliance and audit scrutiny, including: Transaction traceability and audit trails; Implementation of segregation of duties (SoD) controls; and Accurate and timely reconciliation of financial data; 3 years of experience with product development tools and technologies; and 2 years of experience working with query languages such as SQL.
