Hoka Field Experience Associate - NYC HOKA
- Educate and engage retail sales staff, generating excitement and teaching about brands, products, and sales techniques
- Showcase HOKA brands in stores and at expos, soliciting sales to consumers
- Identify opportunities with new and existing consumer groups in the field
- Strategize with the Field Experience Manager to align with regional and brand goals, executing territory plans
- Own and create seasonal territory support strategies that align with broader directives
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly activity for retailers and consumers, planning effective schedules and participating in team calls
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and communications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Experience with consumer-first strategy and maintaining professional relationships
- Familiarity with HOKA products
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, superiors, sales reps, and retail staff
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Proven record of follow-through
- Experience with one-on-one service, fitting, and selling technical running footwear and apparel
- Ability to prioritize workflow
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required occasionally to move materials or equipment
