Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and two years of related work experience. or

Associate's Degree and four years of related work experience.
Relevant Work Experience

Proven ability to adapt quickly and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, required.

Demonstrated experience as a self-starter, with a willingness to learn, and a strong ability to creatively solve problems, required.

Demonstrated experience driving ideas from conception to realized results, required.

Willingness to learn and adopt project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps, required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and lead meetings with product teams, stakeholders, and end users to gather feedback, required.

Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, required.

Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (i.e Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.), preferred.

Experience with business process modeling, preferred.

Experience with Agile project management methodologies, preferred.

Experience within Electric Operations through prior work experience or use of applications such as WMS or CRMS, preferred.

Additional Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
