Specialist (Product Owner) - Manhattan EO CRM & Innovation Solutions

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of related work experience. or

• Associate's Degree and four years of related work experience.

Relevant Work Experience

• Proven ability to adapt quickly and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, required.

• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter, with a willingness to learn, and a strong ability to creatively solve problems, required.

• Demonstrated experience driving ideas from conception to realized results, required.

• Willingness to learn and adopt project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps, required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and lead meetings with product teams, stakeholders, and end users to gather feedback, required.

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, required.

• Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (i.e Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.), preferred.

• Experience with business process modeling, preferred.

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies, preferred.

• Experience within Electric Operations through prior work experience or use of applications such as WMS or CRMS, preferred.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

Additional Physical Demands

• The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
