Your impact

• Assist with the construction documents, RFIs, change orders, correspondences, and supporting the office and field staff as needed
• Coordinating with Office and Field Staff, Project Manager, and Contractor to ensure efficient and effective quality audits
• Exercises sound judgment in the interpretation of standards, procedures, and criteria
• Assist the Regional Code Enforcement Officer with scheduling inspections, distributing inspection reports, and tracking project deficiencies
• Assist the Regional Safety Manager with distributing and filing safety inspection reports
• Assist the Regional Estimator with processing of change and field orders
• Assist the regional supervisor with numerous administrative tasks such as scheduling pre-award meetings, project file auditing, supply requests, personnel files, and other ad-hoc tasks
• Assist the Regional Quality manager with various ad-hoc tasks such as construction technical research and project document review
• Some travel may be required to the various field offices within the region

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 million, with a basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation
• Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications

The base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 to $77,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
