Dental assistant

Assist the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures, including prosthodontics, endodontics, general dentistry, and pediatric care

Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments, ensuring all supplies are readily available and compliant with infection control standards

Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required

Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide clear post-treatment care instructions

Maintain and update accurate patient records using dental software (experience with Eaglesoft or similar systems preferred)

Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols to guarantee a safe clinical environment for patients and staff

Perform administrative duties including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow efficiently

Communicate effectively with patients and team members to foster a positive, professional atmosphere

part-time $19 - $28 per hour

Typical Workdays and Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Wednesday & Sunday: Closed

• Experienced Dental Assistant (3+ years)
• Infection Control License

Strong working knowledge of dental terminology and infection control regulations

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Mid-level proficiency in appointment scheduling and patient care coordination

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dental assisting, preferably with exposure to prosthodontics, endodontics, general dentistry, and pediatrics

Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft or Epic is highly desirable
