Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties
- Assign daily tasks and ensure completion according to company standards and client expectations
- Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers and trimmers
- Conduct property inspections to ensure quality and address any issues
- Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and safety
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with supervisors
- Ensure all work is performed safely and equipment is cleaned and ready for use
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape maintenance and supervising crews
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate commercial mowing and trimming equipment
- Knowledge of horticulture and seasonal maintenance practices
- Valid driver’s license
