Salary Range: $200K - $240K

We are a well-funded, high-growth FinTech company revolutionizing business banking and cash management for consumer brands. We are seeking a Founding iOS Engineer to take complete ownership of our mobile experience. This is a critical role responsible for building and launching a high-performance application from the ground up, shaping how our customers interact with their core financial data daily.

You will be responsible for bringing our product to life on mobile, focusing intensely on speed, reliability, and delivering a delightful user experience (UX). You will be a key player in shaping the technical direction and engineering culture of the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the architecture, implementation, and launch of our native iOS application from scratch.
• Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using the modern Apple tech stack that translate complex financial data into simple, actionable insights.
• Set and champion mobile engineering best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure every feature delivers a polished, on-brand user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with backend engineers to define and advocate for necessary API requirements.
• Participate in defining product trade-offs and technical decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience building and maintaining high-quality iOS applications in production .
• Technical Stack: Deep expertise in the modern Apple ecosystem, including Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and UIKit.
• Architectural Design: Demonstrated experience designing application architecture and making critical technical trade-offs.
• Quality Focus: Strong eye for design and a passion for delivering polished UX, high code quality, and implementing robust mobile best practices.
• Ownership: Enjoys moving fast, taking end-to-end ownership, and tackling hard technical problems with a high degree of autonomy.
• Visa Sponsorship: H1B transfers and TN visas (for Canadian citizens) are supported.
• Work Location: Willingness to work 5 days a week in-person in the New York, NY office.
