We are looking for a quality-driven Account Director who is comfortable managing multiple accounts to join Highsnobiety+, our creative agency. The responsibilities include building and nurturing healthy client relationships, briefing and overseeing internal teams to ensure project success at every step, allocating and managing budgets, and supporting renewals, account growth, and expanded scope opportunities in collaboration with our Brand Partnerships team. You will also provide leadership by guiding, mentoring, and partnering with Account Managers and cross-functional partners when assigned, providing clear direction, feedback, and growth observations in partnership with their direct managers.

You are a resourceful self-starter who says ‘yes' to developing new skills, is emotionally intelligent with exceptional interpersonal skills, brings a proven track record of senior client relationship management and experience in strategic leadership, 6-8+ years of work experience with some experience in a management role, and a keen eye for detail.

YOUR MISSION:
  • Own the full lifecycle of client partnerships and agency programs, ensuring work is strategically aligned, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships, guiding senior stakeholders through complex partnerships, and translating client business objectives into strategic programs, processes, and recommendations that drive measurable impact.
  • Lead integrated programs spanning strategy, creative, content production, media, experiential, talent partnerships, and editorial initiatives, ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Own account financial performance, including budget management, scope oversight, forecasting, profitability, out-of-pocket expenses, and overall account health.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, balancing client expectations with team capacity and protecting resources while ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, sales, editorial, global Client Services counterparts, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Anticipate, navigate, and resolve client and internal challenges, escalating risks appropriately and proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on project success.
  • Champion agency processes, governance, operational best practices, and improved workflows, while capturing learnings and helping set the standard for collaboration, innovation, and thought leadership across the agency.
  • Support client retention, facilitate account growth, renewals, and expanded scopes of work in partnership with Brand Partnerships and senior agency leadership, including leading negotiations to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Support new business development efforts through strategic input, scoping, proposal development, and participation in client pitches when required.
  • Drive, motivate, and hold internal teams accountable for delivering high-quality work and exceptional client experiences, while providing clear direction, goal setting, ongoing feedback, mentorship, and support to direct reports, Account Managers, and cross-functional partners when assigned.
  • Stay informed on client industries, competitive landscapes, cultural trends, and emerging opportunities, bringing proactive recommendations and strategic perspectives to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Be willing to travel within the US and occasionally globally as required for client meetings, productions, and business development opportunities.

YOUR SKILLS:
  • 7-9+ years of client-facing account, client services, or integrated program experience within a creative or media agency or culture-led brand environment
  • Complete knowledge of digital and creative production processes; experience in both social-first and more traditional content production is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, content marketing capabilities, and implementation
  • In touch with culture, trends, marketing, media, and the lifestyle brand landscapes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast moving, lean, and entrepreneurial culture where priorities shift and team support varies by project
  • Brings a collaborative, team first approach and builds trust across clients and internal teams
  • Ability to motivate by sharing expertise openly and contributing to a supportive, high-performing culture
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, translating complex information into thoughtful updates, presentations, and client-facing conversations
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrable ability to drive efficiencies through process improvements
  • Fluency in English required

WHAT WE OFFER:
  • A bright and spacious design office, which reflects our brand and focuses on employee well-being and sustainability, located in the Financial District
  • The opportunity to shape the company and help build a global brand in a motivating, international and diverse work atmosphere
  • High degree of responsibility, creativity, originality, independence and creative autonomy
