Sen Restaurant is looking for a strong Sous Chef to join our team for the summer season (May–September) in Sag Harbor.
This role is ideal for a motivated cook ready to step into leadership in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
What We Offer:
- $70,000 - 80,000 (based on experience)
- Seasonal Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations
- Maintain quality, consistency, and cleanliness
- Lead line cooks and ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold kitchen standards and organization

- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and consistency
