Assistant Director of Education - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities:

Teach weekly classes in digital art, drawing, painting, and mixed media for adults, kids, and teens.
Monitor and document student progress and artwork to showcase success.
Implement efficient art studio management systems for smooth class operations.
Manage art supply orders, organization, and inventory, ensuring each class is well-equipped within budget constraints.
Maintain the digital lab with up-to-date software, hardware, and educational tools.
Track and report expenses related to wages and art supplies.
Share key metrics related to student retention, attendance, makeup sessions, and satisfaction.
Meet with prospective students, ensuring an engaging onboarding process and ongoing satisfaction for students and parents.
Develop strategies to enhance student retention and engagement.
Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with students and their families.
Assist in creating and executing local marketing strategies, including events, school partnerships, and outreach efforts.
Partner with local organizations to showcase student artwork and promote our brand.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience teaching art classes to kids, teens, or adults.
A Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art or Art Education from an accredited four-year institution.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
