- 5+ years of plumbing & fire protection design
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- PE License
- Plumbing, Piping, Sprinkler design
- Full understanding of codes and permitting
- Stable employment history at an MEP firm in NYC
- Boilers and chilled water systems desired
